  Unfortunately, this business can’t be trusted and they do not guarantee their own “warranty” for their work product. First, I brought in my phone to have the screen replaced and they charged me more money than the quoted price. Second, the repaired screen stopped working after a few weeks because it stopped responding to “touch”. I returned my phone under their “guarantee” and after fixing the screen the microphone no longer worked. I asked them to fix the microphone under the “guarantee” and they said it would cost an additional $60 to fix. I told them there was no problem with the microphone when I brought in the phone and it should be covered under their “guarantee”. They replied that was my problem and I would have to pay them more money to fix problems they caused. Thus, sadly, I can not recommend TechLoop, Menlo Park and I feel compelled warn other consumers about their business practices so other people won’t have to go through what happened to me. I recommend not dealing with TechLoop, Menlo Park because they do not guarantee their work and will not fix problems they caused unless you need paying them more money.

  This place is awful. I took in a Dell XPS 13 and was quoted a price of $150 to replace the back, which had started to come apart from the body of the computer after I dropped it. The machine worked fine. After dropping it off, I later get a quote of $175, which I agree to. When I finally get a call that it's "done" the computer has two screws drilled through the keyboard panel. The crack between the back and the main body is still there and it wasn't replaced at all. After complaining, the owner dropped the price to $150 and held my computer hostage until I agreed to it. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm sure it will go out of business before my six-month warranty is up. There is no way a company like this can survive.
