  I went here for the first time based on the reviews.. I spoke to a "Bill" to inquire about redoing my couch cushions. Bill took all the information he said he needed such as measurement, width of foam in cushion and I left a business card for him to contact. I asked if he needed for me to fill out anything and he said no that they would have the cushion insert/foam completed in two week and it was standard size inserts. I left a one small couch pillow so they could see if they could get the material in the event I decided to redo the entire sofa. I call back a week and half later to inquire and met the owner who was extremely rude. Did not know anything about my conversation with his employee and basically said " too bad" . I was a bit surprised that the owner would conduct himself so unprofessionally, not want to take responsibility for his employee very, very poor service with their customer and then he simply hug up on me. Not very professional and not a place to get furniture upholstered, bad attitude, bad service = bad work.
